T-Mobile Announces Hiring Events for Veterans

T-Mobile announced an effort to hire military veterans at a series of October hiring events. There are 3500 open positions that T-Mobile hopes to fill with U.S. Armed Forces, and active members of the National Guard, and Reserves. T-Mobile is already has a significant amount of employees who have served or serve in the military.

“We know that veterans of our Armed Forces bring qualities that our customers care about, and we hold in the highest esteem: honor, integrity, follow-through, teamwork, respect and a culture of recognition,” said Larry Myers, executive vice president and chief people officer. “We’re proud to focus on attracting more veterans to our team.”

If you are interested these are some of the upcoming dates T-Mobile will be out hiring.

  • October 3, Wichita, KS: Hiring event for veterans held at T-Mobile’s Wichita customer service center, 9:00am – 12 noon.
  • October 3, Cincinnati, Ohio: Military hiring event at Paul Brown stadium; 11:00am – 3:00pm.
  • October 17, Phoenix, AZ: Military hiring event at US Airways Center; 11:00am – 3:00pm.
  • October 24, Chicago, IL: Military hiring event at Macy’s on State Street; 11:00am – 3:00 pm.
