Did you read that title correctly? Well yes you did. A first for iOS, alternative keyboards. Fleksy is taking advantage of the new iOS 7 code and adding its keyboard to a handful of iOS apps. Yes you heard that right, a handful of apps. Unfortunately iOS still doesn’t allow for system wide change of keyboard but individual apps are fair game. Flesky will start with four initial iOS apps Wordbox, GV Connect, Launch Center Pro and Blindsquare. What happens from here is still up in the air. While this is not a whole replacement keyboard solution system wide. We hope that Apple will see the benefits to giving the user some options and possibly open up the iOS code to third party keyboards system wide. Hit the link below for source.
