 Nikon D7000 DSLR Hacker

The folks over at Nikon Hacker have been working on a new project which will allow Nikon users to utilize some of the Firmware hacking abilities, of which Canon owners have already been able to take advantage.

For the videographer, this project is bringing the ability to increase the video bit rate on a wide range of Nikon’s DSLR’s. The biggest bump is on the D7000 which brings the bit rate from the default 24Mbps to a whopping 64Mbps.
