HTC’s Nexus 9 tablet was only officially announced a few weeks ago, and it’s still only in a few people’s hands right this second. Today, HTC has announced a crazy limited time sale. You can get one for half off! HTC’s Hot Deals is offering a 16GB Nexus 9 tablet for only $199. Better hurry though, it’s only for the next 12 hours. [UPDATE] Well, that went quickly…Those Limited Quantities are already gone, but if you still want in on a deal, HTC is now offering $50 off either the 16gb or 32gb model for the rest of the day. Don’t fret though, you may have another chance. I’m hearing that HTC plans to offer this same deal next Tuesday. Start at 50% off with limited quantities, continue with $50 off after those quantities are exhausted. Better luck next week!
The Nexus 9 is Google’s new reference tablet, running the newest version of Android, 5.0, or Lollipop. Early reviews have been somewhat mixed, though it seems an 11th hour software update has fixed many of the early gripes seen in preliminary reviews. The specs are honestly pretty sharp though:
