If you’ve followed Techaeris or our sister site MOARGeek for any amount of time, you’ve already seen some of the amazing design work that Spiderfly Studios can do. The team over at Spiderfly come up with great new design ideas all of the time, and most recently they’ve started making t-shirts, business cards, and more based on the popular Androidify app. Hot on the heels of those designs come a new way to get your Androidify’d self in physical form – playing cards!
While the playing cards are still a bit of a work in progress, Spiderfly already has some great ideas. They are looking to do some of the following with this new line of products:
Options currently include (may change):
– Various colors for the card back, including having your Androidify’d self as the back for the cards.
– Face cards which are full bodied or mirrored.
– Two qualities of cards: Standard or Casino Linen.
A preliminary run will be made for the holidays with decks starting at $20. This is a special batch to ensure holiday delivery, and is an amazingly unique gift for the biggest Android fans in your life. If you order by Wednesday, December 10th you’ll also receive a $5 bonus good towards any other Androidify’d product that Spiderfly Studios offers.
