The Google+ iOS app for iPhone 6 and 6 Plus has finally updated to support the higher resolution Retina screens. It took some time for Google to finally push this out as they updated the Hangouts and Google Play Music apps first but curiously left the Google+ app the same. It has been a less than stellar experience using the Google+ app on iPhone 6 Plus but that’s finally changed.

Also added to this update is a Google+ share option, before we only had Twitter,Facebook and a few select others. Also added is the ability to vote on polls which you can do from personal or brand profiles now. This is very much a welcome update to the Google+ iOS app as the old app just looked horrible on the 6 Plus. Three of my personally most used apps on my 6 Plus are Google Hangouts, Google Play Music and Google+ so being able to enjoy these apps as they should be enjoyed is welcome indeed! Check your updates in the app store to be sure to grab yours!
