Virtual Reality, or VR, is starting to become more mainstream and with it the need for consumers to create their own VR or fully spherical content. Bubl Technology Inc. have started shipping the world’s first fully spherical camera for consumers to Kickstarter backers and pre-order customers.

The Bublcam captures a full 100% spherical range in both photos and videos – which Bubl calls bubls – without missing any spots. Photos and videos can be taken directly with buttons on the Bublcam or through the Xplor mobile app. Content can then be viewed and shared within the Bubl Xplor app on iOS or Android, or on Bubl’s Cloud Service located at bubl.io.
