If you happened to pick up a Chromecast, Chromecast Audio or Android TV device, head over to Chromecast Offers and check out the new deal it has. If you have any of these devices, you can snag $6 in Play Store credit.
The nice thing about this offer is it works with new and old Chromecasts, along with Android TV devices like the Nexus Player and SHIELD TV. There are two ways to redeem these offers. The first way is to go point your Chrome web browser to Chromecast Offers, which you can do by clicking the source link below. Follow the prompts and you’ll have to install the Casting extension. Once you connect your device, $6 Play Store credit should be yours.
The other way to do it is by using the Chromecast app on Android. Select your Chromecast or Android TV device and then tap the three dot overflow menu. Tap check for offers and go through the prompts again. It’s just that easy. If you have more than one Chromecast, you can get up to $12 by following the offers.
There’s no telling how long this offer will last but the fine print reads “Limited time offer.” So if you’re planning on snagging this deal, you should do so sooner rather than later. Of course, once you get get the credit, you’ll be able to use it for anything sold in the Play Store including books, movies, TV shows, apps, and in-app purchases.
