In yet another case where Canada gets left out, LG Canada has told a Facebook user that there are no plans to bring the new LG V10 to Canada. When Jason Schabler asked if LG was going to update the status of a Canadian LG V10 launch on the LG Electronics Canada Facebook page, he received the following response:
Thanks for your excitement and interest in LG and our products! Unfortunately, there aren’t any plans to bring the V10 to Canada. We encourage you to check out some of other amazing phones, like our flagship LG G4. It boasts a highly-reviewed camera, quad-HD screen and offers an incredible visual experience. Thanks again, Anna, LG Canada Social Media Team.
The LG V10 sounds fantastic on paper, and has been getting pretty decent reviews with many new owners raving about the camera on the device as well. The phone comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor, 4GB of RAM, a fingerprint scanner on the power button, and 64GB of internal storage with expandable storage. Other features include a 2.1″ second screen on top of a 5.7″ display, dual front facing cameras, 16MP for the rear facing camera, and a 3,000mAh battery. Unfortunately Canadians won’t be able to get it in one of the five different color options the device is available in the US in: Lux White, Modern Beige, Ocean Blue, Opal Blue, and Space Black.
Do you live in Canada and were looking forward to snagging an LG V10? Will you be heading to Amazon to try and pick one up or will you pick up something entirely different? Let us know in the comments below, or on Google+, Twitter, or Facebook.
