Grimsby Looks Like It Could Be A Fun Action Spoof

I’ll be honest here, I’m not much of a Sacha Baron Cohen fan. Borat never did much for me as it apparently did for millions of others. His follow ups with Bruno and The Dictator also fell flat on their face for me. I understand for many they were great and that’s just fine, every one likes a different flavor wine. Well, Sacha Baron Cohen will be back in theaters (at least in the UK) come February 24th with his action comedy, Grimsby and I have to admit I’m a little intrigued. The tag line for the film is, “This spring, the only thing more dangerous than the world’s greatest spy is his brother.” Check out the red band trailer below followed by some more footage. OK, so Grimsby doesn’t look like it would win any academy awards but the combination of action and slapstick seems to be doing pretty well. It’s hard to really say if this is something I’ll end up watching for certain but the initial footage looks like it could be enough for some comic relief anyway. Hey, if Adam Sandler can do the The Ridiculous 6 then I think there’s room for Sacha Baron Cohen’s Grimsby.
