After announcing significant layoffs back in February, Motiga is back with more news on their upcoming MOBA. The company will be teaming up with Perfect World Entertainment to bring Gigantic to Xbox One and Windows PCs. Originally slated for a Xbox One and Windows 10 release, the partnership with Perfect World will allow Motiga to release the game through Perfect World’s Arc platform making Gigantic available on Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10.

We couldn’t be more excited about this announcement, as it has been the number one request from our community over the past year. At the same time, we are also working to make significant improvements to the game over the next few months, based largely on the feedback we gathered from our beta community during the last phase of testing.

Perfect World Entertainment is behind more than a few free-to-play games including NeverwinterStar Trek Online, Champions Online, and more. The 64-bit Windows version of Gigantic is set to be released on the same day as the Xbox One and Windows 10 App Store versions, and will help Motiga launch the game to a much larger audience.

We have so much to learn over the coming weeks, and we are uncovering new and exciting opportunities with our partners at Perfect World every single day. Their commitment to a quality player experience has been refreshing and rewarding for the entire team. Of course, our goal will be to keep the lines of communication with our community wide open, to keep you posted as frequently as possible, and to make sure you know our Perfect World partners as well as you’ve come to know us.
