It’s been a busy SDCC this year, and AMC took the opportunity to tease viewers even further by releasing The Walking Dead season 7 trailer at the annual event. Don’t think for a minute that AMC is going to let you know who was on the receiving end of Negan’s bat Lucille in the season 6 finale, and somehow they managed to pull together a three minute trailer which hasn’t seemed to give that piece of information away.

While it started off a little slow with the montage of Lucille’s potential victims, it certainly picked up about halfway through. Of course there’s plenty of Negan to go around, and we get our first look at Ezekiel (that tiger!) and The Saviors… and of course plenty of zombies. Season 7 of The Walking Dead returns on AMC this fall on October 23rd, and it certainly looks like things could finally be ramping up in a big way again.
