Well, while I was browsing the internet this afternoon, I happened upon a report from comicbook.com reporting that the Kent Farm location used in Man of Steel and Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice could see Justice League filming soon. Well naturally I had to investigate for myself since I live just a few minutes away from that very location. The time of day I decided to go was a bit inconvenient since the traffic is much heavier than normal along that stretch of Route 126.
What I can report is that there is indeed work happening on the site for certain as I spotted several work trucks leaving and entering the driveway. There’s no real good place to get a full front shot of the location unless you pull into the driveway, which I did. One gentleman noticed me fairly quickly and didn’t seem to appreciate that I was there, I pulled out so as not to cause a squall. The location looks to have several dumpsters around it and a crane can be seen parked near the back between the house and barns.
Justice League is slated to release in 2017 and residents of the area have reported more activity around the Kent Farm location. There hasn’t been any official confirmation from the city of Yorkville or studios if Justice League is being filmed there. City officials do confirm that there are movies being filmed in the area but could not speak to which films those exactly were.

There’s a few different possibilities here, the location could just be having work done to it, routine repairs. There could be another movie using the location to film or Justice League could be preparing to take some shots of the Kent Farm. I’m betting on the latter as we know that Superman dies in Dawn of Justice so we’re speculating that Ma Kent will play an important role in Justice League, as will the Kent Farm. I’m going to try and keep an eye on the location over the next few months and get the best photos possible when possible. So stay tuned!Source: Comicbook.com
