Bulletstorm was one of those fun, frantic first person shooter games that I felt was a bit underrated when it came out on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC back in 2011. Its arsenal of over-the-top combat moves and outrageously large guns with the skillshot system that People Can Fly and Epic Games put into the game truly made for a satisfying experience. If a recent posting on the Brazil Rating Advisory Board is any indication, we could be seeing a Bulletstorm FULL CLIP Edition remaster coming to the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC from Gearbox Publishing some time this year.
Set in a futuristic utopia, an elite peacekeeping force thwarts the rumblings of civil war. But deception within the ranks has caused two members of the most feared unit, Dead Echo, to strike out on their own. When their latest space piracy venture heads south, Grayson Hunt and Ishi Sato narrowly survive a crash landing on the abandoned paradise planet of Stygia, now stranded they find themselves surrounded by hordes of mutants and flesh eating gangs. Gray and Ishi survive on two objectives; get off the planet alive and exact revenge on the man who sent them there. Taking the role of Grayson Hunt, players wield an arsenal of over-the-top combat moves and some of the most uniquely innovative weapons ever seen in a first person shooter that all feed into Bulletstorm’ distinct ‘skillshot’ system; a combination that produces unprecedented levels of frantic gameplay. The posting on the BRAB website comes on the heels of assets that were found earlier this year in a Microsoft press package from E3. Features of the original Bulletstorm game included:

- Echoes and Anarchy Modes: Challenge your friends in Echo mode, an arcade, offline experience where gamers play their favorite sections of the campaign mode and compete for highest score. Or team-up with up to three of your friends in Anarchy mode, a co-op high octane multiplayer experience.
