T-Mobile offers 50% back to Google Pixel owners

T-Mobile CEO John Legere is at it again this time trying to rope in Google Pixel owners into switching or changing their T-Mobile plan. The company is now offering Google Pixel owners 50% off of their Google Pixel purchase price (your amount will vary) if they sign up for T-Mobile ONE. This means you could potentially see up to $325 back from your Google Pixel purchase. This is what the company had to say in their press release.

Hey Google Pixel owners, we could whisper this in your ear, but that just wouldn’t be our style. T-Mobile (NASDAQ: TMUS) is again shaking up the status quo — starting tomorrow, bring your Pixel, Phone by Google to T-Mobile and get up to 50 percent back off the retail price – that’s $325 – when you sign up for T-Mobile ONE. If you think you can only purchase and use the Pixel on Verizon… that’s simply not true!

“Don’t let the ‘exclusive’ advertisements fool you, the Pixel phone is tested and proven to be fantastic on our lightning fast network, and we want to help you get the best of both worlds!” said John Legere, president and CEO of T-Mobile. “I’m a huge fan of what Google has done with the Pixel and now consumers can use it the way it should be used – with truly unlimited data on the fastest 4G LTE network in America!”

To take advantage of this limited time offer, purchase an unlocked Pixel from Google or anywhere else, sign up for T-Mobile ONE, then just show us your proof of purchase via our validation site. You’ll automatically see a $13.55 credit to your monthly bill for 24 months (for a grand total of $325, or half the cost of a 32GB Pixel).

Now if you’ve purchased your Google Pixel at Verizon already and not from Google directly, we’re not so sure that phone will work on T-Mobile (please correct us if we’re wrong). Still though, this could be a great option for those who have purchased an unlocked Pixel and want to basically pay half the price. Read the full details at the link below.

**Thanks to readers we know that the Verizon variant is unlocked and can be used on T-Mobile.
