California Best Buy employees buy teen Wii U for Christmas

Random acts of kindness are an amazing thing, and one California teen is feeling the kindness from a group of Best Buy employees. It seems this teen was a regular at the Best Buy in Valley Stream, sitting to play the Nintendo Wii U demo unit for hours. A group of Best Buy employees noticed how often the teen came into the store to play the Wii U they decided to chip in and buy the young man his very own unit to take home for Christmas. The gifting was recorded and posted to YouTube, it’s a little hard to hear but watch for yourself.

“On behalf of all of us here at Best Buy, we got you a Wii U, so you don’t have to come here every day to play,” said an employee to the teen. “This is something we did for you, everybody here that you see, we all got together and chipped in so you could have it.”

As you can see from the video, the teen seemed confused and skeptical but eventually looked overwhelmed by the kind gesture. With so much negative news being reported these days, it is nice to see that there are still random acts of kindness happening around us.
