Last week we found out that Bungie will be pushing out a much needed update to Destiny that will affect PVP, but there was no real date as to when that was going to happen. Well, more news has been mentioned that Bungie will be doing a livestream about the upcoming changes on February 8th on its Twitch channel and the update itself may be pushed out on Tuesday, February 14th so we’ll just have to wait and see when that day comes.
Now, back to the real reason why we’re all here: to see where Xur is and what he is offering in exotics in the first weekend of February. Xur is located back at the Tower again and over by the Speaker across from the giant doors. To get to Xur, just go left when spawning in at the Tower and honestly follow that path all the way straight. You can’t miss Xur as he’s over by the balcony chilling. The exotics that are being offered this weekend aren’t too bad, but you may not need them if you already have them. If you’re looking for a new shotgun, the fully auto Invective might be your next chance of getting an exotic shotgun.
This weekend Xur is selling:
- Legacy Heavy Weapon Engram – 29 Strange Coins
- Helm of Saint-14 (helmet) for Titan Class – 13 Strange Coins
- Radiant Dance Machines (boots) for Hunter Class – 13 Strange Coins
- Skull of Dire Ahamkara (helmet) for Warlock Class – 13 Strange Coins
- Invective (shotgun) – 23 Strange Coins
Xur is also offering the usual upgrade to your Sparrow, which includes the Plasma Drive or the Void Drive for 23 Strange Coins. There’s also Heavy Ammo Synthesis for 1 or 3 Strange Coins, Glass Needles for 3 Strange Coin/3 Mote of Light/1 exotic shard, a Mote of Light for 2 Strange Coins, Exotic Shard for 7 Strange Coin and Three of Coins is available for 7 Strange Coin.
