Marshall Monitor Bluetooth headphones launch today

When you hear the name Marshall, I’d imagine a couple things come to mind. First, the iconic script writing of the name mark, and second that black cracked vinyl construction on the outer surfaces. Marshall has been around for over 50 years, and in that time have made a name for themselves in the audio world. Of course, that name started with guitar amps, but in recent years the company has branched out to headphones and other audio products. We’ve been generally very impressed with Marshall’s other headphone and speaker offerings, and today they’ve got something new up their sleeves. The Marshall Monitor Bluetooth headphones launch today, and this over-ear design boasts big sound, iconic Marshall design, and huge battery life.

These headphones would look right at home on stage.

This is the first wireless over-ear model of headphone from Marshall. The over-ear style is paired with custom-tuned 40mm drivers to give the headphones a wide frequency range and clarity across mids and highs while still providing good bass response. The headphones collapse for easy transport, and as I eluded to before, freaking insane battery estimates. These headphones should last you all day… not just the whole work day, well over a full 24 hour day. Battery estimates are 30+ hours of wireless listening, and even if you manage to kill the battery, the attachable 3.5mm cable will keep the tunes going until you’re able to recharge.

The Marshall Monitor Bluetooth headphones are available today with pricing as follows:

  • US: $250 USD
  • UK: 209 GBP
  • EU: 250 EUR
  • SWE: 2500 SEK

About Marshall Headphones

Marshall is a true rock legend. That uniquely clear and expressive sound combined with a mythical stage presence has enraptured music fans around the world for five decades. We’re celebrating the brand’s rich heritage with commemorative products that live and breathe Marshall.

The legacy begins in a small drum shop in Hanwell in the 1960s, where Jim Marshall sought to give a bunch of then-local guitarists the sound they wanted – a sound that was harder, crunchier and more rich. The result was the JTM45, an amp that reverberated with a sound that was much heavier than anything ever heard before. In a twist of rock and roll fate – those guitarists, much like the Marshall name, would go on to revolutionise music forever.
