Easily the most requested Xbox 360 title that gamers wanted to see join the Xbox Backward Compatibility program has finally been added just in time for the Spring Sale. That’s right gamers, no need to bug Phil Spencer or Major Nelson with requests of “BOII PLZ!!!” on Twitter. As of today, Call of Duty: Black Ops II is now playable on your Xbox One console.

In addition to being backward compatible, the game is also on sale as part of the Xbox Spring Sale for $19.99USD from the usual price of $24.99. Skyrim is now the top game on the Backward Compatibility request list but given that there is a Special Edition for the Xbox One, that seems unlikely. Not surprisingly, the next three most requested games are also Call of Duty titles: Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, Modern Warfare 2, and Modern Warfare 3. Rounding out the top five is Batman: Arkham City but again, that’s available on the Xbox One in the Batman: Return to Arkham collection.
