#Forzathon May 5-8: A new Barn Find Rumor for “Doing it for the Fans”

Gaming / PC / Xbox
Forzathon-May-5

If you haven’t picked up the Porsche Car Pack or completed a recent #Forzathon even, you may have to hit the Auction House to complete this weekend’s event.

As a reward for “Doing it for the Fans” during this weekend’s #Forzathon, you could score yourself another Barn Find Rumor! Perform a couple skills challenges for XP and win a couple races for Wheelspins and a new Barn Find Rumor during the #Forzathon May 5-8th event. Unlike last weekend which saw the return of Autoshow discounts, there are not planned discounts for this weekend.

As a reminder, #Forzathon events start at 3 a.m. ET on Fridays – just after midnight Pacific – and close at 3 a.m. ET on Mondays so you have until the wee hours of May 9th (depending on your time zone) in order to complete this weekend’s challenges.

Check out the complete task list and rewards below:

  • Double-Take: Perform 5 One Eighty Skills to earn 45,000 XP
  • Public Relations: Complete 5 PR Stunts to earn 75,000 XP
  • Community Driven: Complete an Online Race to win 3 Wheelspins
  • Rumor Has It: Win a race in a Porsche to receive a Barn Find Rumor

For the most part, it should be another pretty easy list to accomplish this weekend. You’ll have to go online to complete the Community Driven challenge for those Wheelspins, and the one-eighty skills and PR stunts can easily be done flying solo. If you haven’t purchased the Porsche Car Pack or didn’t snag your free Porsche(s) in the last few #Forzathon events, the Rumor Has It challenge will be a bit more difficult as you need to win a race in a Porsche to get that new Barn Find Rumor. Hopefully, you’ll be able to snag a Porsche without getting gouged at the Auction House — then again, you can always purchase one Porsche or the entire recently released Porsche Car Pack (highly recommended with seven total Porsches) to snag a ride you can complete this weekend’s events in.
