So much movie news over the last few days! First of course was the opening weekend for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. Earlier today we got a good look at the new trailer for Blade Runner 2049. We’ve also been treated to the final Wonder Woman trailer ahead of its release date on June 2nd. If you haven’t seen it yet though, what are you waiting for? Check it out below.

Titled “Rise of the Warrior” this trailer gives us a look at the upbringing of Diana, Princess of Themyscira. It’s clear from an early age she wants to fight and protect her people, but she’s warned to be cautious. That sums up my feelings for this film almost perfectly at the moment: I really want it to fight and be a movie worth watching, but I am still feeling cautious. DC hasn’t exactly proven that they can make a good movie. Sure, Suicide Squad was at least entertaining (and even won a freaking Academy Award) but few will argue that it was a good movie. We won’t even get into the dumpster fire that was Batman v Superman.

This trailer does, however, give me hope. It just has a different vibe than the previous few DC Extended Universe films. Wonder Woman has been deserving of her own major motion picture, so I really just hope that DC does it right.

What do you think about this trailer? Are you going to check out Wonder Woman when it hits theaters in a few weeks? Tell us what you think in the comment section below or on Google+, Twitter, or Facebook.
