In development since 2012 and initially an Xbox One/Windows 10 exclusive, Motiga’s anticipated free-to-play strategic hero shooter Gigantic is heading to Windows 7 and 8 machines through Arc and Steam. Published in conjunction with Perfect World Entertainment, Gigantic is expanding its Open Beta to the Arc platform today with a major update.

The Open Beta update includes some new additions including bot matches and voice chat, as well as a revamped tutorial and a new front-end UI. Free bonuses are available to anyone who logs in and plays at least one match during the Open Beta. Arc players will receive a special Arc Lightning skin for Tripp while the Excelsior skin for Tyto the Swift will be gifted to Xbox One and Windows 10 players who play during the Open Beta.

A “Founder’s Pack” is also available for $29.99USD — $10 off the regular price — which unlocks all 18 current heroes, two upcoming heroes, and additional rewards. Once the game launches, the Founder’s Pack will disappear forever.

Gigantic will launch on the Xbox One, Windows 10, Arc, and Steam on July 20th. While it is an Xbox Play Anywhere title, gamers can play across the Xbox One and Windows 10 version or across Arc and Steam, but not Xbox or Windows 10 to Steam (or vice versa).
