ASTRO Gaming has once again teamed up with Activision and is bringing gamers a Special Edition Call of Duty A10 gaming headset for PC, consoles, and mobile devices. While the company had previously partnered with Activision to bring Call of Duty customization to their A40 headset, this looks like the first time the A10 has received the treatment.

The headset was revealed last week at the Call of Duty World League Championships in Orlando and features the WWII-era olive green and black design. One side features the Call of Duty star and stripes insignia with the exploding broken skull icon on the other.

With its 40mm drivers, Game:Voice Balancing, uni-directional mic, inline volume control, and flip-to-mute, the A10 lets you hear and communicate with your teammates effectively.

Specifications of the A10 Headset include:

  • Distortion: < 3% at 1 kHz
  • Characteristic SPL: 104dB +/- 3dDB AT 1 kHz

  • Nominal Impedance: DC impedance 32 ohms
  • Headband Pressure: 4.5N
  • Ear Coupling: Over Ear

The company also announced the Call of Duty A40 TR Mod Kit which will be available later this year. Featuring black synthetic leather ear cushions and headband, the mod kit will extend the comfort of the A40 Headset. The Speaker Tag design features the same exploding broken skull icon as the A10 version and the Call of Duty logo surrounded by ammunition.

The Special Edition Call of Duty A10 Headset is now available for preorder on the ASTRO Gaming website for $69.99USD and is expected to ship the week of August 28th. The headset is compatible with PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Mac, Nintendo Switch, and mobile devices.
