While XDA-Developers confirm that it is working on the Essential Phone and the Xiaomi Mi 5, users are confirming that it is working on other devices as well.
The company is focused on selling everything it has including its patent portfolio to the original Essential Phone and any future products.
Both the Black Moon and Pure White models are on sale for $399, with deals on the 360° camera and Essential Earbuds as well.
Given the current price, the Essential Phone brings high tech specs to the masses at a mid-range price.
Existing Essential customers aren’t getting left completely out in the dark.
The Essential Phone features an edge-to-edge full display, dual cameras system, a Qualcomm 835 processor, 128GB of storage, and 4GB of RAM as well as modular accessories.
If you’re not on Sprint, don’t worry because the phone will still be able to be bought unlocked and should work fine with other networks.
Andy Rubin is an intelligent guy I’m sure he’s thought about these challenges and hopefully, the team is ready to face them.
