I stopped at a convenience store and I noticed all of the soda bottles looking old-school with labels that read “throwback.”  Retro seems to be the big thing now. Let’s make all the new stuff look like the old stuff but still have the same functionality as the new stuff and yet charge more for the new stuff that looks like the old stuff. (yes, that sentence totally made sense…just read it again).

There are a ton of external battery options out on the market, just browse Amazon and you’ll find them practically jumping out of your screen! We’ve reviewed a few here on Techaeris and sometimes we investigate new stuff coming out. We ran across a company called Limefuel yesterday and found their latest Kickstarter project for their IP66 Rugged. The battery itself looks amazing, you can read more about it after the break. What really impressed me was the fact that these guys launched their Kickstarter campaign and in just one day hit their $30,000 goal!

Alleged Pics Of iPhone 6 Leak Online

The boys and girls over at 9to5 Mac have got their mitts on some alleged pics of the iPhone 6. Now take it with a grain of salt and don’t get too over the top with rumors. We really don’t know what the new iPhone will look like or have inside of it. But judging by these pics, the rumored “larger” screen looks to be happing. Also there is an almost edge to edge display, from the looks of it.

Report: Apple Reduces MFi Licensing Fee Which Could Mean Cheaper Accessories

9to5 Mac is reporting via Macotakara that Apple has or may be reducing the fees and minimum quantities purchased on MFi (Made For iPod, iPhone, iPad) licenses for third party accessory makers. This would certainly not only be welcome for the manufactures but consumers as well. Assuming manufacturers will pass the savings along. For those of you not in the know. Apple began its MFi program back in 2005 with the iPod.
