The Torso Charging Cable, A CES 2014 Stand Out

Torso1

I ran into a mountain of cool products at CES last week and one such little beast was the Torso charging solution. This little charging cable (cable term used loosely) is a nifty little USB to Micro USB hub that bends to form a stand to hold your phone when not charging to your computer. This little guy is made to take the cables out of your bag and alleviates the problem of tangled cables. Matter of fact, this thing is compact enough to fit in your pocket with little noticing it.

You can also use Torso as a spool to wrap your ear buds around to keep them in check. But really, the coolest thing about Torso is the ability to bend it to hold your phone. You can set it up to take pictures, Skype or just to hold it up on your desk. This thing can even hold a Galaxy Note 2 with a full case on it (we did not test the note 3). Torso is also available for iPhone’s with the old 30 pin connector and the new lightning connector. It is important to note that Torso will work with most thin type cases but will likely not work with larger more bulky cases.

Torso is running it’s Kickstarter campaign right now and is very close to full funding. Hit the Kickstarter logo to check out the campaign and get your Torso. We walked away very impressed with this little guy. Check out the video after the break to see it in action.
