Forget gimmicks and bloat. It’s time to return to the product itself. Its design, its build quality. The feeling you get when using it. It’s time to return to user value, and make all the necessary choices to ensure that in the end, it’s the user that benefits.

OnePlus has set the date to unveil their first smartphone ever. The company has been on a social network tear, aggressively marketing a phone that has only been seen in rumored specifications. Part of their marketing strategy has involved mocking larger competitors on social media, a tactic that brought some criticism due to OnePlus’s lack of product to compare. Companies today flood the market with devices of all kinds. Some have the best available hardware; others have great software, and many come cheap. But all ultimately sacrifice somewhere to cut cost. Devices are now born not out of passion or innovation but to drive profit and satisfy bottom lines.
We believe in a world where product comes first, and everything else is secondary. We don’t accept the excuse that you can’t create a perfect phone at a killer price. We want to sacrifice nothing.
Life’s too short to settle for anything less than excellence. Don’t compromise on the technology you bring into your life. Demand more. Demand better.
