Originally set to release back in 2014, then postponed to June 2, 2015, Batman: Arkham Knight has suffered another delay and will now release worldwide on June 23, 2015.
Sefton Hill, Game Director for Rocksteady Studios had this to say about the delay:

Batman™: Arkham Knight will now launch worldwide on 23rd June, 2015. We’re a developer that hates to make any compromises, so we are sorry to say this means it’s going to be just a little bit longer until you can play the epic conclusion to the Arkham trilogy. As a reward for your patience and understanding, and to make the wait even more unbearable, we are pleased to whet your appetite with a new gameplay video of Batman™: Arkham Knight.
Thanks so much from everyone at Rocksteady for your continued support. We are working as hard as we can to make you proud.

To help soften the blow, Warner Bros. Games has released a new gameplay video dubbed “Officer Down” featuring footage captured on a PlayStation 4.

Batman: Arkham Knight – the final installment in the Batman: Arkham trilogy – will release on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One – hopefully on June 23rd. What do you think of frequent game delays? I know I’d rather have a fully polished game on day one, but sometimes delays can make gamers less exctied about an upcoming release.
