Discover Bond's Dark Secret In First Spectre Teaser Trailer

|

The first teaser trailer for the 24th Bond film – or as we’ve known it since DecemberSpectre – has finally arrived after months of behind-the-scenes looks and other teases. In the short 96-teaser trailer it’s clear that this 24th Bond film is going to bring back one of the super spy’s greatest threats and do something extremely unique in the Bond franchise.
Tying together multiple films is almost unheard of in the Bond franchise, and it makes sense given the fact that the series spans decades with the same central character, but Spectre will do just that. Most notably, the explosive events of Skyfall are mentioned, and there are glimpses of other movies as well. Even the name Spectre itself is a reference to past Bond films.
While Dave Bautista as Mr. Hinx doesn’t make an appearance in the trailer, we do get a shadowed look at Christoph Waltz as the main villain of the film, Oberhauser and of course plenty of Daniel Craig as Bond himself.

Along with the trailer, the official James Bond YouTube account also tacked on the first official synopsis for Spectre, which confirms that Bond is looking into events from his past thanks to a cryptic message that he discovers.

See the first teaser trailer for the 24th James Bond adventure SPECTRE. A cryptic message from Bond’s past sends him on a trail to uncover a sinister organisation. While M battles political forces to keep the secret service alive, Bond peels back the layers of deceit to reveal the terrible truth behind SPECTRE.

Spectre is slated for a November 6, 2015 release date is directed by Sam Mendes, the same director who brought us the last Bond film, Skyfall.
