Watch The New Star Wars: The Force Awakens Trailer

|

Well that didn’t take long. Just a short time into Star Wars Celebration 2015, LucasFilm and Disney have released the second The Force Awakens trailer for us to watch on repeat for the next month straight.

The teaser features a lot of shots from a desert planet, that we now know as Jakku, and even a brief glimpse of what looks to be a burnt Vader mask and a special appearance at the very end.

Just earlier today new promotional art and posters released for the film, which gave us our first glimpse at Kylo Ren’s mask, as well as a lot of fresh takes on the newly re-designed Stormtroopers as they’ll appear in The Force Awakens.

Star Wars Celebration 2015 is currently underway in Anaheim, California. This is only day one of the four-day event, so be sure to stick around on MOARGeek as we cover all the latest news, leaks, and other goodies from the event.

The highly anticipated seventh Star Wars film is set to release December 18, 2015. It will be the first in a brand new trilogy, with new episode VIII coming in 2017, and episode IX in 2019. In case you’ve been living in a government-issued bomb shelter and somehow missed the first trailer that released last year, be sure to check that out as well.
