Huawei and LG Nexus Renders Leaked Showing Potential Design

Twitter user and device leaker @OnLeaks (a.k.a. Steve Hemmerstoffer) has leaked renders of the upcoming Huawei Nexus 6 and LG Nexus 5 Android devices. Both devices appear to have rear fingerprint scanners.

According to uSwitch, the site which hosted the leaked videos and renders in collaboration with Hemmerstoffer, the Nexus renders are unofficial and most likely those provided to accessory makers so they can get a head start on creating cases and other accessories for upcoming devices.

Take a look at the renders for both devices in the videos below:

The LG Nexus 5 doesn’t look much different than previous devices in the Nexus program, and the camera with dual LED flash and fingerprint reader appear on the back of the device. The render also shows dual speakers on the front and a USB-C port and headphone jack on the bottom of the device. As with previous rumours, the LG Nexus is pegged with a 5.2″ screen.

The Huawei Nexus 6 on the other hand is quite a leap from most of the other Nexus devices and looks to follow the iPhone 6 and latest Samsung Galaxy design trends. Again, the camera with a single LED flash this time and fingerprint reader are located on the back of the device, dual speakers on front, USB-C port on the bottom and a headphone jack at the top of the device. The Huawei Nexus device will be larger than the LG Nexus and this render shows a 5.7″ screen size according to uSwitch, but a 5.5″ screen size has also been rumoured.

The Huawei Nexus 6 render looks a lot like other devices already out.

As with any leaked videos or images, these should be taken with a grain of salt but Hemmerstoffer has been accurate in the past. What do you think of the Nexus renders of the upcoming devices from Huawei and LG? Let us know in the comments below, or on Google+, Twitter, or Facebook.
