So not a lot happening this week on the Flash / Arrow front so not really a lot to talk about. Jeff already covered the casting of Zoom earlier. Oh. The image. Right, Diggle.
Yes, Diggle’s new uniform and mask was revealed this week, I forgot about that. Okay, let’s get the obvious out of the way; yes, he looks like a Magneto wanna-be. But he’s not. Because he’s cooler than that. Granted he isn’t swinging over toward the Green Lantern / John Stewart side of things (Really missed one here WB) but it doesn’t completely discount the idea of Diggle morphing into the Guardian.
Give him a shield and some mask adjustments (because really, you can still tell who that is) and you are 90% of the way there! Just a little bit of a nudge is all that is left.
Actor Paul Blackthorne revealed the uniform for another addition to the Arro… sorry, Green Arrow cast this week in the form of Liza Warner, a.k.a. “Lady Cop” (played by Rutina Wesley). Lady Cop is a member of the anti-vigilante task force in Star City. The original Lady Cop didn’t have a huge role in the comics so they pretty much will have free rein with her character
One thing to keep an eye out for is the premier of the Season 4 trailer for Arrow. According to Stephen Amell’s twitter it will be broadcast at 6pm on his Facebook page.
