EasyAcc 10,000mAh Power Bank Review: Sleek Portable Power Charging

|

Power banks can do wonders for extending battery life if you carry one around with you. They’re there to give charge to almost every device these days as long as it uses a USB cable. We’ll be taking a look at one of EasyAcc’s latest –  a 10,000mAh Power Bank. Let’s dive into this review and see how it did.

Design

The only power bank I have is one from LimeFuel and that one is as bulky as it gets. EasyAcc has done a wonderful job at keeping the form thin and sleek for a 10,000mAh battery. The front and back are all black while the sides, top, and bottom are orange. EasyAcc’s logo is in the top left on the face of the power bank, and four small LED lights (battery life indicators) are located on the bottom left. The power button is on the right side, and on the left is the micro USB port to charge the unit. On top are two USB ports to charge just about any device that uses a USB cable. In the middle of the two ports is an LED flashlight which can be turned on by pressing the power button twice. It’s definitely not the brightest, but who’s really going to use a flashlight? The back shows the model number, FCC information, capacity of the unit, and more. In small lettering is the word “smart” printed twice towards the top. That’s just letting you know it’s a smart charger offering 2.0A (up to 2.4A) charging.

Ease of Use

Power banks are definitely not difficult to use as all you need to do is put one end of a USB cable in the power bank and the other end of the cable to whatever device needs a charge.

Battery Life

On board battery is 10,000mAh, which is a pretty good size that’ll give more than enough charge to any device needing it. I was able to charge my OnePlus One twice in one day without the battery on the power bank running out. I didn’t charge any other handset or tablet, but leaving an extra charge allows me to charge a device later on. All in all, the battery life is awesome.

Price/Value

Seeing other companies offer power banks at a much higher price and less battery life is a turn off for me an probably many other too, but EasyAcc isn’t one of those companies. They’re price for a 10,000mAh power bank is $40 and just about the most inexpensive that I’ve noticed so far.

Wrap Up

Nothing against LimeFuel, but I’ve stopped using that power bank and carry EasyAcc’s 10,000mAh power bank with me everywhere. With the smaller form factor is thinner, plus much lighter it doesn’t drag down my backpack and it can lay on any surface without getting in the way of anything else.

EasyAcc is having a special Christmas event to share with everyone. The theme is “Luck & Laugh & Love” and while there aren’t many details out at the moment, it starts December 1st and runs until December 24th and gift packs and mystery digital gifts will be given out. EasyAcc is trying to make help you out with Christmas gift ideas so that certain someone can get an awesome present this year.
