The Assassin’s Creed Syndicate Jack the Ripper DLC is out today, and Ubisoft has released a new 360° trailer for the new story line. I’ve always enjoyed the historical tie-ins in the Assassin’s Creed series. It’s fun bumping into characters like Charles Darwin or Alexander Graham Bell in historic locations. Adding an infamous serial killer like Jack the Ripper into the mix definitely adds an interesting set of missions and story to undertake in the game.
Check out the trailer below, and if you’ve got Google Cardboard or a compatible 360° viewer, you’ll want to check this out on that.
As you can see, the trailer definitely sets a dark mood. If you take your time and pause throughout, you’ll no doubt find some clues including some interesting William Blake/Hannibal tie-ins and some evidence that Jack the Ripper is after our own dear Evie Frye.
