[CES 2016] Lenovo Levels Up Y900 Gaming Series, Partners With Razer

Lenovo is levelling up their Y900 gaming series with the announcement of four new products, including two ultra-premium Razer Editions. In addition to a gaming laptop, desktop, and two monitors, Lenovo also offers gaming peripherals including the Lenovo Y Gaming Mouse, Y Gaming Stereo Headset, and Y Gaming Armored Backpack.

ideapad Y900

The new Lenovo ideapad Y900 is built for on-the-go gamers and features an instant performance boost with more CPU power, more memory, and enhanced graphics with a single press of the one key turbo button. The ideapad Y900 also features a quad core 6th Gen Intel Core i7 K-series processor, NVIDIA® GTX 980M graphics, and a mechanical backlit multi-color keyboard.

ideacentre Y900 RE

The first of two collaborations with Razer is the Lenovo ideacentre Y900 RE (Razer Edition). This desktop gaming rig builds on the current ideacentre Y900 model with with a quad core 6th Gen Intel Core i7 K-series processor and dual NVIDIA GTX 970 discrete graphics. In addition, the Y900 RE includes Razer Edition styling, bundled Razer Chroma keyboard and mouse, Razer Chroma multi-color lighting effects, and a stylish semi-transparent side panel.

Y27g Curved Gaming Monitor

For a more immersive gaming experience, Lenovo has announced their first 27″ FHD curved gaming monitor — the Y27g Curved Gaming Monitor. The Y27g features a fast 144Hz refresh rate and 8ms response time.

The second Lenovo/Razer collaboration brings us the Y27g RE (Razer Edition) Monitor. Like the Y27g Curved Gaming Monitor, it features a 144Hz refresh rate, 8ms response time, and also includes Razer’s Chroma lighting effects.
