Lip sync battles, the art of mouthing the words to popular songs, have become pretty popular as of late with the rise of Spike’s weekly Lip Sync Battle TV show. Part of that credit is in no doubt due to Jimmy Fallon, and his lip sync battle segments with popular actors and musicians on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Well the popular late night TV show host has taken the lip sync battle up a notch and on last night’s episode had a lip sync conversation with singer Ariana Grande.

Personally I think it was pretty well done, and the pair seemed to have fun doing it. Hopefully this becomes a regular segment on the show, but I also hope the lip sync battles don’t go away either — I’d love to see more gems like this one with Emma Stone.
