It’s week eight of 2017 and Xur is still stopping by to offer up some exotics that you’ve been wanting for some time, or just to add to your collection. Xur has returned to the Tower once again (what else is new, right?) and you’ll be able to find him over by Shaxx and Arcite 99-40. If you’re not clear where that is, once you spawn in at the Tower head straight down the stairs in front of you and you’ll see Xur on the opposite side of Shaxx and to the left of Arcite 99-40.
The armor Xur is offering this weekend isn’t bad if you’re a Titan or Hunter, but if you’re a Warlock, you might as well pass this time around. As for the weapon, Hawkmoon is back, so if you missed your chance two weeks ago and need a new Hand Cannon for PVP, then you’re in luck.
This weekend Xur is selling:
- Legacy Heavy Weapon Engram – 29 Strange Coins
- Twilight Garrison (Chest Armor) for Titan Class – 13 Strange Coins
- Celestial Nighthawk (Helmet) for Hunter Class – 13 Strange Coins
- Claws of Dire Ahamkara (Gauntlet Armor) for Warlock Class – 13 Strange Coins
- Hawkmoon (Hand Cannon) – 23 Strange Coins
Xur is also offering the usual upgrade to your Sparrow, which includes the Plasma Drive, or the Emerald Coin for 23 Strange Coins. There’s also Heavy Ammo Synthesis for 1 or 3 Strange Coins, Glass Needles for 3 Strange Coin/3 Mote of Light/1 exotic shard, a Mote of Light for 2 Strange Coins, Exotic Shard for 7 Strange Coin and Three of Coins is available for 7 Strange Coin.
Not much is happening with Xur this time around, but maybe he’ll be coming with some better goodies next week considering the Iron Banner is back.
