Samsung takes another marketing swing at Apple with new commercial

Marketing campaigns can be fun if they’re done right and Samsung’s latest commercial is pretty amusing. The Samsung marketing team has been known to swing pretty hard at Apple and its iPhone lineup. Their latest commercial is no exception as we follow an iPhone user on his first iPhone purchase in 2007 through the iPhone 7 Plus. Along the way, this dedicated iPhone user finds his device lacking in more than one way compared to his Samsung counterpart. The commercial ends with the user unboxing his Note8 and he lives happily ever after. Check it out for yourself below.

Whatever side of the fence you live on, you have to admit that #notchlife haircut was hilarious. This really isn’t anything new for Samsung, they use marketing campaigns and commercials to try and lure smartphone buyers to their side all the time. They do have a particular interest in grabbing as much of the iPhone crowd as possible, that’s evident.

We reviewed the Note8 just a few weeks ago, and it is a most excellent phone with some killer specs, it earned a 9.6 out of 10 and took home a Techaeris Top Pick Award. We should have our iPhone X review up in a few weeks but if you absolutely cannot wait to upgrade to a new phone, the Note8 is really a top “notch” choice.
