Where is Xur and what is he selling? November 24th-28th edition

Gaming / PC / PlayStation / Xbox

This weekend, Xur is chilling over near the Giant’s Scar travel point on Io and reaching him isn’t difficult.

What’s going on everyone? Hopefully, everyone has enjoyed their Thanksgiving (if celebrated) and went all crazy for Black Friday shopping. It’s too bad Xur isn’t feeling any of the discount fever because he’s still selling exotic gear at full price. How dare he, right!? Oh well, maybe during Christmas some sort of shard discount will happen. This weekend, Xur is chilling over near the Giant’s Scar travel point on Io and reaching him isn’t difficult. You can track him by hovering over his emblem and choosing the “track” option to make it easier for you.

What is Xur selling this weekend?

  • Merciless (Fusion Rifle) – 29 Legendary Shards
  • Mask of the Quiet One (Helmet) for Titan Class – 23 Legendary Shards
  • Lucky Pants (Leg Armor) for Hunter Class – 23 Legendary Shards
  • Starfire Protocol (Chest Armor) for Warlock Class – 23 Legendary Shards

Weapon: Merciless

Probably one of the best exotics you can purchase in Destiny 2, the Merciless Fusion Rifle is definitely something you should pick up. Its Conserve Momentum perk allows the charge rate to be faster for every non-lethal kill plus, it’ll do very well against bosses in Nightfalls and Raids.

Titan Gear: Mask of the Quiet One (Helmet)

Mask of the Quiet One is worth picking up as it offers the ability to give you melee, grenade, and class ability energy when damaged. This helmet also grants the ability to regenerate health with void kills.

Hunter Gear: Lucky Pants (Leg Armor)

While this exotic item comes from the story mission on Titan, you’ll be able to pick it up from Xur if you don’t have it already. With its Illegally Modded Holster perk, it increases Hand Cannon ready speed and initial accuracy. If you prefer using Hand Cannons in either of your two main weapon slots, definitely add this to your collection.

Warlock Gear: Starfire Protocol (Chest Armor)

Starfire Protocol is coming over from the original Destiny but it’s not as good as it used to be, which is unfortunate. The Fusion Harness perk grants you an extra fusion grenade charge and with those fusion grenade kills grants you Rift energy.

As always, these exotic items have a power level of 270 (base 265 with +5 mod) so for those with a lower power level than most, this should help you out.

Do you guys plan on getting anything from Xur this weekend? You’ll have until Tuesday to pick up some stuff this time. Let us know what you grab by leaving your comments down below, or on Google+Twitter, or Facebook.
