As anticipated, the FM7 #Forzathon January 23-February 9th event is going to be extended due to the current bugs that aren’t allowing all players to see all the current challenges. The fix is due out in the Forza Motorsport 7 February update which will happen on February 19th. Turn 10 announced the upcoming fix and extension in their latest Week in Review post.

Last week we added three new #Forzathon events to Forza Motorsport 7. Since the launch of these events we have been investigating an issue where some players were not able to see the full list of new #Forzathon events. We have since identified the root cause of this issue and will be issuing a fix in our February update. After this issue is corrected, we’ll be extending current and adding new #Forzathon events to the game. Until that time, we will be leaving the current #Forzathon events in place. We apologize to those players who are currently unable to see the full list of events. Look for more information on our #Forzathon plans in Forza Motorsport 7 in the near future.

There was no mention of the length of the extension, although it’s pretty safe to assume that it should be for at least a week which should be plenty of time to finish up the broken challenges. In addition to fixes for the current #Forzathon, the February update will also include other fixes as well as a new car pack for Forza Motorsport 7. In the meantime, have you downloaded and taken your free 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor Xbox One X Edition for a spin yet?
