FH3 #Forzathon February 16-22nd: “Built For a Purpose”

Another week, another #Forzathon event! This time, “Built For a Purpose” is the name of the game in the weekly Forza Horizon 3 #Forzathon event. The FH3 #Forzathon February 16 – February 22nd event gives you a chance to pick up a Horizon Edition vehicle alongside the usual Credits, XP, and Wheelspins. In case you missed the update a few weeks ago, it’s also playable in 4K 30fps glory after the recent Xbox One X Enhanced patch for all you Xbox One X owners out there.

This FH3 #Forzathon event started today, February 16th, at 12:01 a.m. PT and closes at 11:59 pm PT on February 22nd so you have until the wee hours of February 23rd (depending on your time zone) in order to complete the challenges.

Check out the complete task list and rewards below:

  • Ship It Faster: Win a Race in a Vans and Utility vehicle to win the Subaru BRAT HE
  • Bring the Whole Family: Complete an Online Adventure to earn 95,000 XP
  • Drift on Home: Perform 10 Drift Skills to receive 35,000 CR
  • Utilitarian Speed: Get 3 Stars on a Speed Trap or Speed Zone in a Vans and Utility vehicle to win 3 Wheelspins

Nothing to difficult, as usual. Hop into a van or utility vehicle and win a race to pick up the Subaru Brat HE (Horizon Edition). Sticking to your van or utility vehicle, hit up a speed zone or speed trap — one with a lower target to make things easier — and get your Wheelspins. Once done, head to the open road and drift around a bit to get your credits. You may want to switch up vehicles for this one depending on what van or sport utility you used for the other ones.

This week will also require you to go online and complete an Online Adventure for the extra XP. For those without Xbox Live Gold, it’s Free Play Days For All this weekend so you’ll be able to head online and get one finished up over the weekend.

What do you think about the “Built For a Purpose” FH3 #Forzathon event and the vehicle up for grabs? Let us know in the comments below or on Google+Twitter, or Facebook.
