FH3 #Forzathon March 16-22: “Wearing Green” for spring!

Another week, another #Forzathon event! This time, Playground Games is celebrating spring by “Wearing Green” (it is St. Patrick’s Day tomorrow after all) and completing a mix of challenges in the weekly Forza Horizon 3 #Forzathon event. The FH3 #Forzathon March 16-22nd event gives you a chance to pick up the usual Credits, XP, and Wheelspins as well as the #75 WRX Sti Rally Car. In case you missed the update a few weeks ago, it’s also playable in 4K 30fps glory after the recent Xbox One X Enhanced patch for all you Xbox One X owners out there.

This FH3 #Forzathon event started today, March 16th, at 12:01 a.m. PT and closes at 11:59 pm PT on March 22nd so you have until the wee hours of March 23rd (depending on your time zone) in order to complete the challenges.

Check out the complete task list and rewards below:

  • Feeling Lucky?: Perform 10 Lucky Escape Skills to earn 95,000 XP
  • Four Wheel Rover: Complete a Race to receive 35,000 CR
  • Gold in the Green: Get 3 Stars on the Rainforest Reveal Danger Sign to win the #75 WRX Sti Rally Car
  • Sharing the Spoils: Complete ANY Co-Op Event to win 3 Wheelspins

None of the challenges this week are tied to any car, so feel free to hop into your favourite vehicle this go around. The Lucky Escape skills can be a bit tricky but are done by performing a Drift skill followed by a Near Miss skill. The easiest place to do this, in my opinion, is speeding up and down the highway. Alternatively, you can head to the airstrip but there’s usually less traffic there so it might take you longer. Completing a Race is a no-brainer. As you don’t even have to win, just set up a custom 1 lap race and complete it to earn your credits. If memory serves me correct, the Rainforest Reveal Danger Sign was the first one you were guided to during the campaign and it’s pretty easy to get three stars on for that #75 WRX Sti Rally Car.

Finally, you’ll have to go online to get your 3 Wheelspins this week. You can either invite a friend and create a Co-Op Campaign session or find a public session. Complete any co-op event and you should get those Wheelspins.

What do you think about the “Wearing Green” FH3 #Forzathon event? Are you still playing Forza Horizon 3 on a regular basis or has your focus shifted to Forza Motorsport 7? Let us know in the comments below or on Google+Twitter, or Facebook.
