Forza Horizon 3 #Forzathon July 6-12: “Summer Living”

Here we are, another week and time for another Forza Horizon 3 #Forzathon event! The Forza Horizon 3 #Forzathon July 6-12th event gives you a chance to pick up the usual XP, Credits, Wheelspins, and — once again — the Mustang Boss 302 HE (Horizon Edition)! In case you missed the update earlier this year, Forza Horizon 3 is also playable in 4K 30fps glory after the recent Xbox One X Enhanced patch for all you Xbox One X owners out there.

This Forza Horizon 3 #Forzathon event started today at 12:01 a.m. PT and closes at 11:59 pm PT on July 12th so you have until the wee hours of July 13th (depending on your time zone) in order to complete the challenges.

Check out the complete task list and rewards below:

  • Flying Higher Than Before: Perform 10 Ultimate Air Skills to win the Mustang Boss 302 HE
  • More Buckets in the Bay: Complete a Bucket List Challenge to win 3 Wheelspins
  • Showcasing Your Skills: Perform 5 Ultimate Skill Chains to receive 55,000 CR
  • Chopping All the Wood: Get 3 Stars on the Timber Mill Danger Sign to earn 50,000 XP

The first three tasks this week are pretty easy. Head south of the airport to the dunes and get your 10 Ultimate Air Skills to win that Mustang Boss 302 HE. While you’re doing this, you might be able to string together some, if not all, of your Ultimate Skill Chains. As a reminder, the Ultimate Skill Chains require you to string together enough skills to hit 20,000 skill points (not including multiplier). Once the Ultimate Skill Chain message pops, stop to reset your skill points and repeat nine more times.

Once you’ve completed the skills tasks, head over to an Easy or Medium Bucket List Challenge and complete it for your 3 Wheelspins.

Finally, the dreaded 3 Stars at the Timber Mill Danger Sign. If you’re stuck, the easiest vehicle to use is the Ariel Nomad and an S2 909 tune and ample use of your rewind button. Check the video below for tips on lining up the jump as well.
