The Daredevil Twitter account tweeted the date announcement trailer with the Bible reference “Deuteronomy 30:15.”

Netflix released a teaser trailer for the third season of Marvel’s Daredevil alongside a couple of posters earlier today. While not much else was said about it, it was announced with the following:

Embracing the darkness, enraged by the evil afoot, the video teases the return of Matt Murdock…the vigilante.

Without further ado, let’s check out the teaser!

Matt Murdock, played by Charlie Cox, has definitely seen better days. Not to mention, there’s not one glimpse of his familiar Daredevil costume.

To add even more suspense to the mix, the Daredevil Twitter account tweeted the same, but with Bible reference “Deuteronomy 30:15.” The verse in question reads:

See, I set before you today life and prosperity, death and destruction.

In addition, the official Netflix teaser press released included the graphic below.

A pair of teaser posters were also released today and, when taken into consideration with the video, tweet, and EVIL image above, it’ll be interesting to see what kind of forces Matt Murdock is up against when Season 3 hits Netflix on October 19.
