The norm right now for rear-facing phone cameras is set to two but there is one company who has tried to put three lenses on one phone and that’s Huawei with their P20 Pro. Samsung is trying out the same gimmick too by adding in a third camera to their first ever triple camera device: the Galaxy A7.

From the image above, you can see that the phone adopts the same vertical lens shape as the more recent iPhone’s but one extra camera has been added. The topmost lens is a depth lens with 5MP (F2.2) to go with the middle 24MP (F1.7) lens to give you the best depth of field photos. The bottom camera has an 8MP (F2.4) Ultra Wide lens offering up to 120 degrees, capturing unrestricted wide-angle photos. As for the front facing camera, it’s set to 24MP.
More on the specs. The device has a 6-inch Super AMOLED (1080×2220) display, with an Octa-core 2.2GHz SoC (chipset may vary by market). The phone also comes with three different storage options.
