Forza Horizon 3 #Forzathon September 28-October 4: “Victory Lapping”

Before we begin, have you tried Forza Horizon 4 yet? While the game isn’t out until October 2nd, if you pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition the game launched last night. If so, what do you think so far? I managed to get a couple hours in and so far it’s definitely shaping up to be a huge winner.

At any rate, here we are, another week and time for another Forza Horizon 3 #Forzathon event! The Forza Horizon 3 #Forzathon September 28-October 4th event gives you a chance to pick up Wheelspins, XP, the Mini John Cooper Works GP HE, and get 30% off everything at the Autoshow.

This Forza Horizon 3 #Forzathon event started today at 12:01 a.m. PT and closes at 11:59 pm PT on October 4th so you have until the wee hours of October 5th (depending on your time zone) in order to complete the challenges.

Check out the complete task list and rewards below:

  • Return to the Party: Win a Championship in a Rods and Customs vehicle to receive the Mini John Cooper Works GP HE
  • Still Got It: Beat 3 Rivals to win 3 Wheelspins
  • Flex Your Muscles: Perform 20 Speed Skills in a Retro Muscle car to earn 35,000 XP
  • Anniversary Sale: SALE – 30% OFF everything in the Autoshow!!!

As usual, easy stuff this week. You’ll have to Win a Championship this week so when you set it up, make sure you set enough laps in each race to ensure victory. Once you’ve set it up, hop in a Rods and Customs car and drive to victory to snag the Mini John Cooper Works GP HE.

Next, head over to the Rivals section of the game, beat three of them, and you’ll snag your 3 Wheelspins.

For the third task, hop into a Hypercar, set up a one lap race — I’d use Coober Pedy Scramble — and complete it to get your weekly Wheelspins.

Finally, hop into a Retro Muscle car, head to the highway and rip back and forth down the asphalt to get your 20 Speed Skills out of the way and earn that extra 35,000 XP.

Oh, and all that money you’ve saved up? Save big on the Autoshow with the 30% off Anniversary Sale.

What do you think about the “Driving Aces” Forza Horizon 3 #Forzathon event? Are you going to keep completing the Forza Horizon 3 #Forzathons or are you moving on to Forza Horizon 4? Let us know in the comments below or on Google+Twitter, or Facebook.
