Before we begin, #Forzathon has changed pretty dramatically in the latest iteration of the game. Check out our Forza Horizon 4 #Forzathon primer to make sense of the new #Forzathon format if you’re not already familiar with it.
At any rate, here we are! The Forza Horizon 4 #Forzathon October 11-18th event gives you a chance to earn an extra 100 #Forzathon Points. This Forza Horizon 4 #Forzathon event started today at 7:30 a.m. PT and closes at 7:30 a.m. PT on October 18th.
Check out the complete Challenge list below:
- Right of Way: Own and drive any Offroad vehicle
- Make Your Own Road: Do what your Offroad vehicle does best and win 3 Cross Country Series events in it
- Collateral Damage: No time to stop and admire the scenery… It just gets in the way! Earn a Wrecking Ball Skill in your Offroad vehicle
- Pull Out All the Stops: Time to go on a skill streak with your Offroad vehicle and bag a total of 7 million Skill Score points with it
For starters, filter your vehicles by Offroad (not Extreme Offroad or Offroad Buggies), hop in one, and drive to finish off the first Challenge.
Once you’ve completed that, filter the map to Cross Country events and win three of those. The easiest way to do this is to set Drivatar Difficulty to New Racer but whatever level you can easily win with will net you more Credits and Influence as you increase the Drivatar skill level.
Next, head over to a wooded area or the Greendale Airstrip and get three Wreckage skills in a row (in quick succession) to get a Wrecking Ball Skill.
The last challenge will take a bit of time and it also appears to be bugged at this time — YOU MUST DO THIS IN ONE SESSION (not one Skill Chain, but one session. Quitting the game will reset your score after you complete another skill chain once you fire it up again). Head over to the Greendale Airstrip (if you’re not already there) and start grinding Skill chains. You can maximize this by redeeming Skill Points on your vehicle to increase how fast you gain Skill Points, increase your multiplier, and by performing 1,000+ Skill Point moves like Sideswipes, Road Open (smashing the orange barriers), and the like. Once you get a cumulative 7 million Skill Score points, you’ll get your weekly 100 #Forzathon Points.
#Forzathon Shop
So just what can you pick up at the Autumn #Forzathon Shop this week? First up is the 1972 Land Rover Series III Forza Edition for 300 FP alongside the C class 2017 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 for 140 FP. For clothing, you can pick up the epic Warm Mitten Hands for 50(?) FP and the legendary Pink Biker Boots for 60 FP. As usual, you can purchase a Wheelspin for 40 FP and a Super Wheelspin for 150 FP.
