Marty Singer of L.A.-based law firm Lively & Singer is threatening Google with a $100 million dollar lawsuit over the celebrity nude photo leaks that were recently in the news. The Toronto Sun reports that Singer is representing several women (no names were disclosed) whose nude photos were leaked online due to their Apple accounts being brute forced attacked.

Yeah, we know you know. It’s hit the web like a digital tsunami, Apple has won the latest court battle against Samsung slithering out with $119 million dollars. On the flip side, a much less lofty flip side, Samsung sprung out with $158,000 from a couple of patents the jury found Apple in violation of. Typo iPhone Case Gets Hit With Court Ordered Sales Ban

Typo, the iPhone 5/5s keyboard case that brings a physical keyboard to the iPhone 5/5s has been ordered to cease sales of its case by a US district judge in San Francisco. If you remember sometime last year, Blackberry decided to sure Typo because they felt the companies case looked too similar to Blackberry’s iconic keyboard. CNET and Reuters report that US District Judge William Orrick ruled in favor of Blackberry, saying that they proved the “likelihood” of infringement and Typo had not given evidence to refute that.
