Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron Sneak Peek – “You’re All Not Worthy”

Marvel fans were in for an extra treat as a special look at Marvel’s upcoming Avengers: Age of Ultron aired during last night’s Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. episode. Marvel didn’t disappoint after promising last week to show a teaser trailer for the second Avengers movie, only to have the footage leak early online forcing them to bump up the release of the trailer.

Without further ado, find out what you missed if you didn’t catch it last night.

Right off the bat, we can see that Marvel is continuing with the light, witty banter in this exclusive clip as other Avengers take turns trying to lift Thor’s hammer – only to fail of course, with Thor pronouncing his simpler theory that the others are “simply not worthy.” This is a bit ironic given the fact that Thor has fallen from grace in the comic issues and has been replaced by a female Thor. Thor did seem to be a bit worried however when Captain America stepped up to give the hammer a tug.

After the opening 45 second scene, in which we get a glimpse of Agent Maria Hill hanging out with the Avengers crew (hinting at a bigger role perhaps?), the special look continues with various scenes from the trailer that aired earlier this week, not showing much else that viewers haven’t yet seen. It definitely doesn’t make it any less epic to watch again (and again, and… you get the point) – especially the clip between Hulk and Iron Man’s Hulkbuster.

If you ask me, May 2015 can’t come soon enough – in fact, the next few years are going to be chock full of Marvel goodness in the theaters! Oh, and in case you missed it, there was a commercial as well for Agent Carter, pegged as an 8-episode event starting in January.

What do you think of the new teaser footage from Avengers: Age of Ultron? Are you looking forward to it, and the rest of the Marvel lineup through 2019? Let us know in the comments below, or on Google+, Facebook, or Twitter!
