The award-winning Alien: Isolation is getting another bump in content today with the “Lost Contact” add-on pack. Sega announced that the stealth game’s newest DLC is now available for download. “Lost Contact” adds a new Salvage Challenge to the game’s Survivor Mode.

Stranded in one of the more remote sections of the station, Axel has lost contact with his colleagues and must use his skills and cunning to do what he can to escape. Through a series of ten increasingly challenging tasks, he must navigate the corridors and crawls spaces, crafting items to give him the edge against some of the station’s toughest opponents.

If you’ve spent your entire time playing Alien: Isolation stuck in a locker hiding form a Xenomorph and haven’t given the Survivor Challenge a shot, it’s a game mode that has players taking on a series of challenges with each round increasing in difficulty and the amount of awards that you can accumulate. “Lost Contact” is the fourth such add-on pack for Alien: Isolation’s Survival Mode, and it adds the second Survivor Challenge map to the game.
Alien: Isolation released to Xbox and PlayStation consoles as well as PC last October, and went on to win several Game of the Year awards thanks to its unique approach to stealth and horror within Alien’s rich universe.
The team at Sega also uploaded an official Let’s Play of the add-on, which can be seen below.
